Madness By Ninawa Butrus, TheWorldJournal.com The most anticipated movie this year, Moulin Rouge, recently opened in Australia. Moulin Rouge was a hit at the Cannes Film Festival and is directed by Australian director Baz Lurhmann. Lurhmann has also directed smash hit movies Strictly Ballroom and Romeo + Juliet. Moulin Rouge stars Australia's own Nicole Kidman, who just recently separated from husband of ten years, Tom Cruise. Kidman stuns everyone with her powerful voice and stunning costumes as she plays the role of showgirl Satine. Also starring in the movie is Ewan McGregor, John Leguizamo and Richard Roxburgh. Moulin Rouge also has a brilliant soundtrack which features the new cover of the hit Lady Marmalade, this time sung by chat topping divas Christina Aguilera, Pink, Mya and Lil' Kim.
