e-Business Expenses Will Increase

$5 trillion will be spend in the nearest four years for the e-commerce development.

Despite of NASDAQ fall and pessimistic forecast for the future of electronic markets, companies are going to spend 5 trillion dollars in the nearest four years on the B2B and B2C system creation.

IDC Research company's interrogation, which was done in 27 countries among IT-managers, directors and customers, has revealed, that companies are going to spend more money on web-infrastructure development this year than in previous several years.

IDC predicts, that within the next four years the amount of websites will double, and electronic commerce will increase ten times. Other results of their research shows that by 2005 consumers in USA will spend more than 700 billion dollars on online purchases and services; less than 10% of websites support online payment systems. In 2005, the English language will continue to be the dominant language on the Internet despite of that the majority of Internet users will speak Chinese.
