Last Autumn of This Millennium

Last autumn of this millennium was very "generous": lots of foliage and warm weather in November. Especially happy were citizens of Canada and Russia - countries, which are popular for their severe climate. But this autumn 2000 continues. Not everywhere tough.

In Russia, for example (after amazingly warm weather), winter arrived quite suddenly this week. Meteorologists did not predict any snow this week. Moreover, one morning a black ice appeared, that caused more than a hundred (!) car accidents only in Moscow. Meteorologists still can't figure out due to what weather is below a zero when it should have been +8C.

Of course we can't make this comments about whole Russia due to its territory. In some places snow is continues action. The same we can say about Canada.

But if we speak about south of Canada, we can name some evidence of this beautiful warm autumn. Canadian meteorology did announce that this warm weather that people of south Canada still have is almost a record. Sometimes the weather outside goes up to +15C! And that's the third week of November. The only snowing day was on Halloween. It disappointed some kids a lot, but hopefully, the snow disappeared by noon that day.

Well, let's hope that this autumn will continue and it will give us even more fun being outdoors these days.
